Ruby
Jo Cummins Lubarsky, President
–
Ms. Lubarsky is responsible for the overall executive
management of the Association and is the primary spokesperson for
KAHCF. She also serves as the president of the Association’s
subsidiary, Statewide Insurance Services. As president of the association,
she staffs the Board of Directors. |

Jay
Trumbo, Vice President –
In addition to serving as vice president of the association, Mr.
Trumbo handles issues related to survey and enforcement, and staffs
the Facility Standards Committee. |

Wayne
Johnson, Senior Director of Reimbursement
& Finance –
Responsible for issues related to facility reimbursement
(Medicaid, Medicare, etc.). Staffs the Payment for Services Committee,
and is staff contact for the Kentucky Health Care Foundation. |

Angela
Porter, Senior
Director of Professional Development and Meeting Planning –
Responsible for planning KAHCF’s Annual Meeting
and Spring Training and other educational seminars, and coordinates
the vendor Trade Show. Staffs the Education/Convention Committee
and the Kentucky Council for Activity and Social Services Professionals
(KCASSP). |

Eric T.
Clark, Director of Government Relations –
Responsible
for the development and implementation of the Association’s
public policy and legislative agendas. Staffs the Legislative Committee
and Political Action Committee. |

Steve McClain, Director of Communications and Membership
Development –
Responsible for issues related to public relations, media
relations, communications (including KAHCF publications), workforce
issues and vendor member issues. Staffs the Public Relations, Human
Resources, Vendor, and Membership Committees. |

Carolyn
Richter, Administrative Assistant –
Serves
as the receptionist and coordinates office projects including KAHCF’s
monthly mailing. Caroyln also works with the Public Affairs staff
on various projects and activities. |

Janice
Smith, Public Affairs Coordinator –
Works with the
Director of Communications and Membership Development and Director
of Professional Development on educational
offerings, conventions/trade show, annual awards competition and
other public affairs projects and activities. |

Diane
Wheatley, Government Affairs Coordinator –
Provides
support to the KAHCF president, vice president and government relations
staff, and coordinates the Board of Directors/Executive Committee
meetings. |

Karen
H. Bass – Controller –
Responsible for maintaining the accounting records for KAHCF, SIS
and KHCF and prepare financial statements in conformity with generally
accepted accounting principles. Staffs the KAHCF Finance Committee.

Responsible for accounts payable and receivables. Assists controller.
