We are currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced Executive Director with a passion for leading a dynamic team.

Essential Functions

  • Assume the administrative authority, responsibility and accountability of directing the overall management and control of the activities and programs of the property, its residents and financial assets.
  • Maintain community in compliance with all state rules and regulations
  • Ensure the Community meets or exceeds budgeted occupancy projections
  • Recruit, hire, evaluate, coordinate, motivate, monitor performance, schedule and supervise staff in accordance with company policy.
  • Develop an administrative plan and procedures to ensure clear definition of lines of responsibility, equitable workloads and adequate supervision of all employees.
  • Delegate authority to department heads in a reasonable and acceptable manner
  • Assure implementation of all operating and financial controls required under company policy. Considers all expenditures within the constraints of the budget.
  • Promote the community in a positive manner and effectively communicate the organization’s values to residents, visitors, co-workers and the community.
  • Minimum 3 years prior experience in a general manager, executive director, administrator position operating a successful independent living, assisted living, memory care or similar community
  • Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated interest and knowledge about the elderly and their needs and the competency to meet those needs
  • Current certification to be an Administrator in the state of KY

Green Acres Health Care in Mayfield, KY is seeking a Licensed Long-Term Care Administrator for our 73-bed nursing facility. In this role, the Administrator is responsible for the overall management of the facility. Responsibilities include: planning, directing, and monitoring all operations, administrative, clinical, human resources, and fiscal activities for the facility's services and programs. Applicant must possess strong communication, leadership, management, and organizational skills. Only applicants licensed or eligible for licensure as a Kentucky Long-Term Care Administrator will be considered.
