Description:
Plan to attend this Passport Advantage overview. Medical Management will review the criteria used to authorize a skilled stay along with reminders related to CMS requirements. The Member Outreach representative will review the eligibility criteria for Passport Advantage members and explain how Passport Advantage works with Passport Health Plan and the Provider Relations representative will review the reimbursement methodology and provide Plan updates.
Passport Advantage contracts with the Federal government to offer health and prescription drug coverage. You must be a member of Passport Health Plan with Medicare Parts A and B to join Passport Advantage. Passport Advantage adheres to all Federal and State laws and regulations, including those promulgated by the Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services (CMS).
Presenters:
Representatives from Passport Advantage will be the presenters. They include the Medical Management Team, Member Outreach Team (eligibility), and the Provider Relations Team for Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Administrators, Admissions Coordinators, Business Office Managers, MDS Coordinator, Social Services & Director of Nursing
