KAHCF is again hosting its “Day at the Downs”. Reward your employees for their hard work! Let them spend a day at the track networking with their peers and enjoying one of Kentucky's most notable past times. This event is open to all KAHCF Facility, Corporate, Personal, and Vendor Members.

KAHCF has reserved Churchill Downs’ Millionaires Row Six, over 9,000 square feet of dedicated dining space with a four-tier balcony affording one of the best views of racing in the world, overlooking the legendary Churchill Downs finish line.

This package includes:
• Admission and daily racing program
• Cash bar
• Conveniently located mutual tellers and self- serve wagering
• Spring 2010 Chef Table Buffet. The Chef Table will start at 11:30 a.m.

*Harvest Table assortment of the season’s best greens, garden fresh vegetables and toppings ready to customize with assorted dressings
*Today’s Pasta created daily - themed with the freshest flavors to include Italian, Asian and Latin
*Loaded Baker supersized baked potato ready to load with steaming barbecue pork, shredded cheese, butter and sour cream
*Pulled Pork Barbecue Levy Restaurants signature barbecue sauce and mini onion rolls
*Country Green Beans with onions and bacon
*Chef’s Smokehouse Deli your choice of carved to order sandwich specialties and artisan breads built your way with a variety of toppings and condiments
*Macaroni and Cheese triple cheese favorite
*Sweet Endings Derby Pie, Derby Strawberries, assortment of brownies and sweet treats

Fan Stand red pepper hummus, garlic Parmesan, flat breads, crackers, kettle chips and French onion dip
Nacho Station crisp corn tortilla chip, cheese sauce, sour cream, jalapenos and salsa
Iced tea, water and coffee are included. Twelve ounce sodas at $1.00 each.

The May 17th deadline must be adhered to in order to mail tickets to all registered attendees

A Few Reminders

Parking
 Groups are encouraged to park, at no charge, in the Longfield Lot at Gate 10. All groups may enter Churchill Downs through Gate 10, located off Longfield Avenue.

Code Of Conduct
Management reserves the right to escort any group or individual from the Group Sales areas for inappropriate, abusive, or otherwise disruptive behavior by any member or members of a group. Refunds will not be made for conduct violations.

Dress Code
Guests visiting Millionaires Row at Churchill Downs are expected to dress as they would when visiting a nice Louisville restaurant. Business Casual dress code is strictly enforced.
