Director of Client Services - to be part of the Masonic Home of Louisville management team and our journey toward person-centered care. The ideal candidate is outgoing, friendly and comfortable working in a long-term care environment. Primary responsibilities include obtaining accurate information for potential residents, evaluating placement and care, implementing internal and external marketing plans and maintaining records for referrals, move-ins/outs. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and long-term care insurance billing is necessary for success. A flexible work schedule is essential to adequately meet the needs of our residents and their families. Also, the successful candidate must have sales and marketing experience, ability to work in a team atmosphere, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Masonic Home of Louisville provides 167 health care and 104 personal care accommodations for seniors. Our residents are the center of each decision we make, from dining venues to daily activities. Our staff is expected to participate in the life of the Home through various opportunities.
Our Director of Client Services will help facilitate the move from the 1927 health care building to the new Care Center opening December 2010. The new Care Center features specialized households to meet memory care, palliative care, dialysis, skilled care and rehabilitation needs. This position offers an opportunity to be a part of an innovative move in senior health care.
